SPONSOR
Sponsoring the Africa Water and Sanitation Systems Leadership Symposium offers opportunity of high-level visibility, engagement with senior decision-makers and thought leaders and stage their brand at strategic platform that showcases different solutions and product in the Water and Sanitation Sector across Africa and globally.

Our sponsorship levels
We offer four main levels of conference sponsorship. All sponsors are acknowledged on the Symposium website and core event materials, in selected digital communications, and in the final report, and all receive a set of complimentary tickets plus discounted additional registrations.

Sponsoring leaders and delegations
One of the most powerful ways to support the Symposium is to sponsor the attendance of people who are pivotal to systems change but lack the resources to come.

Through Leader and Delegation Sponsorships, you can support a group of stakeholders from your focus countries or regions – for example, district leaders, utility managers, regulators, civil society representatives or youth leaders. You might choose to cover all costs (travel, accommodation, visas, subsistence and tickets), or to share costs with their home institutions as a sign of joint commitment.

We also know that many organisations will choose to bring or support partners and colleagues using their own arrangements. Even if you do this outside a formal sponsorship package, we would still encourage you to let us know, so that we can recognise this support, factor it into our reporting, and better understand who is in the room and how they got there.
Why sponsor?
Africa Water & Sanitation Systems Leadership Symposium 2026 is a working symposium, not a showcase.
The symposium is designed as a working symposium, not a showcase. Ministers, regulators, utilities, financiers, foundations, NGOs and private sector leaders will come together to tackle real bottlenecks: leadership, regulation, professionalisation and finance.
As a sponsor, you are not just adding your logo to a banner. You are helping shape the agenda, joining high-level conversations about how Africa can deliver on SDG 6, and aligning your brand and strategy with a long-term, systems-based transformation.
You will be visible in the spaces where decisions are being made: in plenary sessions, curated side events, informal networking areas and the digital channels that connect the symposium to a wider audience. You will meet the people who can actually implement change – from ministers and directors-general to utility managers, regulators and civil society leaders – and you will have structured opportunities to build relationships that outlast the event itself.
